Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved credit terms. Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and shipping charges. Bulk and wholesale orders require separate quotation and contract terms.

Delivery timelines depend on product type, origin, and destination. Cold-chain products require specialised shipping arrangements. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the designated recipient. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All products comply with applicable NAFDAC, CDSCO, and WHO regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate licences for purchasing and distributing pharmaceutical products in their jurisdiction.

Our liability is limited to the value of products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Pharmaceutical products must be used under qualified medical supervision in accordance with approved labelling and prescribing information.
